I want to use my Click Heater pad as cold pack but it’s frozen inside of the freezer. How do I return it to the gel state?

Click Heaters heating pads make excellent cold packs as well. When using for cold one may place the pad in the freezer for up to 15 minutes then use. If left in the freezer longer it will become hard and require boiling to bring it back to its original soft gel state. The pad can however be placed in the refrigerator for an unlimited amount of time so that it’s always ready for cold use.
