All returns must have proof of purchase with the exact date. All returned items postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a confirmation and Return Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, along with one (1) shipping and handling payment for new products (as listed below), and mail your return to the address also listed below.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the date your RMA number was generated for a return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you by email when your return has been successfully processed.
Under no exceptions, our no refund, exchange only policy states that customers can only exchange items they wish to return. No refunds will be granted.
Please Note: Our company provides an unlimited lifetime replacement warranty for your Click Heaters and Hidow products, and a two-year limited warranty for your VBX Wellness or Strive4 Relief Massagers.
